Print & Hustle – Privacy Policy
Last updated 06/08/2026
Who We Are
Print & Hustle (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a creative publishing studio based in the United Kingdom. Our website is https://printandhustle.com.
If you have any questions about this policy or want to exercise any of your rights below, contact us at [email protected].
Newsletter and Email Marketing
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide one) through Flodesk. We use this to send you newsletters, updates, and occasional offers you’ve asked to receive. We use double opt-in, so you’ll need to confirm your subscription before you start receiving emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We don’t sell or share your email address outside of Flodesk for the purpose of sending you our emails.
Contact Form
If you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address, so we can respond to your message. We don’t add you to our newsletter or use this information for marketing unless you’ve separately subscribed.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay, and Google Search Console to monitor how our site performs in search results. These tools collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, but not your name or email address directly.
Because Google Analytics data is also used by Google for its own purposes, it doesn’t qualify for the UK’s lighter-touch analytics exemption, so we ask for your consent through our cookie banner before this tracking is switched on. You can withdraw consent at any time through our cookie settings, or opt out directly using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Advertising
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our ads and understand how visitors interact with our site after seeing one. This may involve Meta processing information such as your IP address and browsing activity for advertising purposes. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook ad settings (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences). As with analytics, this requires your consent through our cookie banner, since it’s used for advertising rather than statistical purposes.
Interactive Tools (Quizzes, etc.)
We don’t currently offer any quizzes or interactive assessments on our site. If we introduce one in the future, we’ll update this policy to name the provider, what it collects, and how that information is used.
Payments
Right now, all purchases from Print & Hustle are made through our Etsy shop, so payment and order data is handled by Etsy and covered by Etsy’s own privacy policy (https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/). We don’t see or store your full payment details. If we add a direct checkout option on our own site in future, this section will be updated to name that provider and explain what payment data it collects.
AI Tools and Studio Assistants
How We Use AI
Transparency matters to us as much as beauty and usefulness do, so here’s exactly where AI fits into how Print & Hustle is built and run.
Where AI creates something you see
Some of the images, graphics and design elements inside our digital products, and some visuals created within Canva, are generated or assisted by AI tools. This also applies to any prompt packs or written resources that are substantially AI-generated rather than written and curated by a human. Where a product is AI-generated or AI-assisted, we’ll note that on the product itself.
Where AI supports our process, but isn’t the finished product
We use AI tools to help with parts of our workflow, such as brainstorming, organising ideas, or drafting starting points. Where this happens, the final content, copy, and creative decisions are reviewed, edited and finalised by a human before anything is published. AI assisting behind the scenes doesn’t mean AI made the decisions.
Where we don’t use AI
Not everything here runs through AI.
Our AI Studio Assistants and creative companions
Some of our products include AI-powered companions, chat tools, or assistants designed to support you alongside the product. These are currently hosted on Teachery, a third-party platform, rather than directly on printandhustle.com. You’ll be directed to a dedicated page there to access them. When you’re interacting with one of these, we’ll make that clear at the point of use, not just in this policy, so it’s always obvious you’re talking to an AI system rather than a person.
Any information you share with an AI companion (such as questions you type in) may be processed by third-party AI providers in order to generate a response. We don’t use this information to build a profile of you or sell it. Your use of Teachery itself, including any account or login information, is also covered by Teachery’s own privacy policy (https://www.teachery.co/privacy). See the “Third-Party Services” section of this policy for the specific AI providers we use.
Questions
If you’d like to know more about how AI is used in a specific product or tool, contact us at [email protected] and we’re happy to walk you through it.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools and products we genuinely use and trust. This never affects what we choose to recommend.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential site functions, and, with your consent, for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta Pixel). You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings banner (powered by CookieYes) at the bottom of any page on our site.
Your Rights
If you’re in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Restrict or object to how we process your data
Receive your data in a portable format
Complain to the ICO (https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/) if you think we’ve mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
International Data Transfers
Some of the tools we use (email marketing, analytics, advertising, and AI providers) are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for 12 months unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.
Children’s Privacy
Print & Hustle is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Third-Party Services
We work with a number of trusted third-party providers to run Print & Hustle. Here’s who they are and what they do:
Flodesk: our email marketing platform, used to send newsletters and manage subscriber data.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console: used to understand site traffic and search performance.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel: used to measure ad performance.
Etsy: handles payment and order data for all current purchases.
Teachery: hosts our AI Studio Assistants and companion tools.
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Google (Gemini): the AI providers behind our Studio Assistants and companion tools. When you interact with one of these, the questions or prompts you type may be processed by whichever provider powers that particular tool in order to generate a response.
Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies, linked throughout this document where relevant. We choose providers who take data protection seriously, but we encourage you to review their policies directly if you’d like more detail on how they handle your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
